Alexa Huntley

Profile

Alexa is the lead paralegal in the Calgary office on all New Home Warranty and construction matters. She has worked in the NHW and construction area for over 6 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal field. Before commencing her career as a paralegal, Alexa was an environmental consultant in the oil and gas sector and has worked with many large national companies.

Alexa is also the lead paralegal in the Calgary office for Indigenous matters and has also assisted counsel in preparation for appeals at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Alexa works closely with counsel and with clients in all aspects of the file. She is responsible for initial case development, document production, analyzing materials, drafting pleadings, questioning preparation, summarizing evidence, drafting quantum assessments and various other integral aspects of file management.

Outside of the office Alexa is the Vice President and Adoption Director of Heart Mountain Rescue and dedicates much of her free time to her own rescue dog, Tobe.
