David Yun

Profile

David is an associate at DWF, developing an insurance coverage litigation practice.

David joined DWF from a leading insurance litigation boutique, where he represented individual policyholders in coverage disputes and vehicle manufacturers in subrogated product liability actions.  Before his call to the bar, David completed a summer term at the Canadian office of an international charity in addition to completing a summer and articling term at a mid-sized full-service firm in downtown Toronto.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law.  During law school, David served as a faculty ambassador, was elected to student governance, and co-chaired various student committees.  David participated in numerous moots, culminating in national competition in the Wilson Moot.  He holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, double majoring in biology and finance, also from Western University.

Outside of his legal practice, David enjoys live music, attending baseball games, and travelling.  David is conversant in Korean.
