Jenny Musyj

Profile

Jenny joined DWF’s Commercial Litigation team in 2026. She brings extensive experience from boutique and regional firms, where she focused on regulatory matters, civil and commercial litigation, and insurance defence. She has represented clients in British Columbia Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and various administrative tribunals. Jenny is a dedicated advocate, committed to delivering clear, strategic advice and guiding clients through disputes with efficiency and confidence. She combines strong analytical skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach, ensuring clients receive advice that is both effective and aligned with their objectives.

Jenny earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2018, where her leadership was recognized through the Legal Leaders for Diversity Trust Fund and UBC Student Leadership Award. Prior to attending law school, Jenny received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, graduating on the Dean’s List.

During law school, Jenny was selected as a case worker for the Innocence Project, where she investigated claims of wrongful convictions. In her final year, she participated in the Judicial Externship program, serving as an extern to judges of the BC Provincial Court. She also volunteered with the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and the Allard Law Students’ Society, where she held elected leadership roles. Today, Jenny continues her commitment to leadership and mentorship as a volunteer with the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch.

In her free time, Jenny enjoys watching NFL football, experimenting with new recipes, and travelling the world.
