Since being called to the bar in 2018, Laura has dedicated her career to navigating the complexities of the Ontario legal landscape. She began her legal journey at a boutique firm in Toronto, where she established a strong foundation in insurance and real estate law. In the years following her call to the bar, she intentionally transitioned her practice to focus on high-stakes advocacy. She has honed her experience through diverse professional experiences with a specialization in civil litigation, with particular emphasis on personal injury and property loss claims. She is well recognized for her ability to lead diverse and complex files from inception to their successful resolution, ensuring that every case receives the strategic oversight and dedication required.

Laura holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she was admitted with a prestigious entrance award scholarship as one of the top applicants in her entering class. During her time at Osgoode, she was vigorously active within the community, balancing a demanding curriculum with mentorship roles and pro bono work. Prior to law school, Laura attended York University where she earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with a minor in Anthropology. She graduated summa cum laude with the highest of distinctions.

Outside of her legal practice, Laura is an avid traveller and devoted reader who finds immense value in maintaining a busy social calendar. She finds joy in spending time with her young son, who has more energy than the Energizer bunny.
