Navjot Mann

Profile

Navjot is an Associate in our Toronto office and is developing a broad litigation practice, including construction liability, product liability, and general insurance litigation, as well as cybersecurity and privacy matters.

Before being called to the Ontario bar, Navjot obtained her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. In 2025, she completed a summer student position with the firm, where she developed her advocacy, legal research, and analytical skills while assisting lawyers on a broad range of litigation matters. During law school, Navjot participated in advocacy competitions and was actively involved in student life, serving in leadership roles with the WomXn’s Legal Education Association and the Sikh Law Students’ Association, and as a peer mentor.

Prior to law school, Navjot completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences with a Minor in Sustainability from McMaster University. She also worked as a Research Assistant at Unity Health Toronto, contributing to equity-oriented health research and knowledge translation initiatives through systematic reviews and collaborative research projects. Her research experience fostered the analytical and problem-solving skills that continue to support her litigation practice.

Outside of work, Navjot enjoys pursuing entrepreneurial projects, kayaking, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, capturing sunsets, travelling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog Enzo.
