Nicole Shouldice

Nicole is an associate in our Toronto office with a broad litigation practice, focusing primarily on cybersecurity and privacy matters. She regularly acts as a cyber breach coach, advising clients through incidents involving business email compromise, ransomware attacks, fraudulent funds transfers, and other network compromise events. Known for her calm and thoughtful approach, Nicole is committed to providing clear, practical guidance in fast‑moving and high‑pressure situations. Nicole also represents clients in product liability matters, construction disputes, and a variety of commercial matters.

Nicole earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary. Prior to law school, she completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Media, Information and Techno culture at the University of Western Ontario.

In her spare time, Nicole is an avid traveler who enjoys discovering new restaurants and staying active.
