Pearlie Kamwa

Profile
Pearlie is an associate in the Toronto office with a broad litigation practice, focusing primarily on cybersecurity and privacy matters. She advises clients in connection with cyber incidents involving business email compromise, ransomware attacks, fraudulent funds transfers and other emerging risks arising from the increasingly complex digital landscape. Pearlie also represents clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including professional liability, product liability, and regulatory matters.
Pearlie earned her Juris Doctor from Western University’s Faculty of Law and holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University. Prior to joining the firm, she practised at a global law firm, where she gained experience across a range of civil and commercial matters. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 and is bilingual, fluent in English and French.
Outside of her legal practice, Pearlie enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, watching sociopolitical documentaries, and staying active.
