Patrick Power

Profile

Patrick is an Associate in our Calgary office.  He previously practiced with a regional firm in his hometown of St. John’s and with a restructuring and litigation boutique in Toronto.  Patrick also served as in-house litigation counsel for a global legal technology company.  He has appeared before all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (including the Commercial List), the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and various private arbitration tribunals.

Patrick’s broad litigation experience includes complex commercial, shareholder, personal injury, employment and construction disputes, as well as insolvency proceedings and regulatory investigations.  He draws on this diverse background to provide clients with pragmatic and strategic advice.

Outside the office, Patrick enjoys running, hiking and practicing yoga.
