Profile
Jordan is an experienced litigator who has worked on matters before various levels of Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and the Superior Court of Justice. Her broad litigation practice includes insurance defence, commercial, municipal, transportation and aviation, and complex coverage matters, with a focus on product liability, property damage, breach of contract, and personal injury. She has grown long-standing relationships with various international clients and manages many of their Canadian claims.
Jordan is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada as “One to Watch” for her work in Insurance Law.
Outside of the office, Jordan sits on the Advocacy Committee with the Toronto Lawyers’ Association, and she has made various contributions to the Toronto Law Journal. She additionally sits on the board of S.E.A.S., a non-profit organization that helps build schools and improve medical facilities in Cambodia, and she assists on fundraising campaigns for the local charity, Justice for Children and Youth, which helps underprivileged young people in Ontario navigate the justice system.
In her spare time, Jordan enjoys exploring new places with her husband and three daughters.
