Rozita Taeidi joined the firm in 2019 and practices civil litigation with a focus on bodily injury defence. She acts in complex, multi-party disputes involving occupiers’ liability and slip and fall claims, retail and hospitality liability, product liability, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and other negligence matters.

She represents insurers and insured clients across a range of sectors, including municipalities, First Nations governments, strata corporations, businesses, contractors, manufacturers and distributors, societies, and commercial and residential property owners and managers.

Her practice also encompasses subrogation and recovery, property damage, contractual liability, commercial disputes, construction, road maintenance, and professional negligence, as well as tenancy and human rights matters.

Rozita appears before all levels of court in British Columbia and represents clients in mediations, chambers applications, hearings, and trials. She focuses on early, practical risk assessment and efficient resolution through litigation and alternative dispute resolution, providing strategic advice aligned with client objectives at every stage of a dispute.
